Impeccable service by everyone….perfectly plated dishes bursting with flavor….unique atmosphere. We opted to order more food and no alcoholic drinks as we were thinking the food portions could be small. We were so wrong so unfortunately we had to skip dessert. Pictures are attached…missing the osso buco. On a side note, after we were seated with our menus, I mentioned to my family I had left my dang reading glasses at the hotel. Amazingly a pair of reading glasses suddenly appeared given to me by the host/maitre d’….. is that service or what?

Aosta is the next “must eat” restaurant experience in Aspen! You have to make this a priority during your next trip!! The atmosphere is very cozy and cabin chic with such fun music, which makes dinner a whole Aspen vibe! I highly recommend the prosciutto for an appetizer and also a pizza for your table to share! Also you HAVE to get the cacio e pepe - it is made table side and one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend

Opened just a month ago- absolutely phenomenal restaurant from start to finish, atmosphere is exactly what you want in Aspen- cozy, rustic, upscale, vibrant. Food is spectacular, we had the fondue, gnocchi, and cacio de Pepe (made tableside) followed by the chocolate basque cheesecake. Service is top tier exceptional. You feel very taken care of. Will absolutely be back and I’m guessing next time it will be very difficult to get in because this place will be Aspens top restaurant! Thank you

Excellent restaurant with great food and good service. They do have several vegetarian options and the pasta dishes are freshly made and served. The restaurant is in the area where there are the hotels and easy to get to. However, the Manager does not have a service oriented mentality and not polite when questions were asked . The chef and the server were excellent .

A fantastic restaurant. Delicious food and an excellent menu. The service is outstanding — friendly, attentive, and warm. The space feels cozy and inviting. Stylish, elegant, and truly original. The decor is fantastic, authentic, and perfectly aligned with the spirit of Aspen, its mountains, and the soul of this land. We’ll definitely be coming back.
